Our residents are only responsible for electricity and cable / internet.  WC Smith will care for all water, sewer, trash and heat charges.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Yes! We love cats and dogs just as much as you and as long as they are well-behaved, they are always welcome at 2629 39th St.

Yes!  There is a Whole Foods a few blocks away from us at 2323 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $18 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
